Allmänt

The Medele M12 is aimed at both beginners and more advanced players thanks to its extensive functionalities. Each of the 61 keys on this keyboard is touch-responsive, something that's rarely seen in this price range. Equally special is the USB-MIDI connector and the possibility to hook up an external sustain pedal to emulate the sound of an acoustic piano. The M12 runs on batteries or can be plugged into a mains socket using the included power adapter.

Bursting with Sounds

This keyboard gives you no less than 320 different sounds, that can be easily combined in Dual Mode. You can even split the keyboard in two and give each half its own sound or throw one of the 100 backing tracks, 100 songs or 100 demo tracks on top of your playing. Each sound is reproduced by the two 5-Watt speakers but there's also a separate headphone jack fitted on the M12. If you'd like to check where you're at with your skills, you can use one of the four memory banks to record and listen to your playing.

Feature-Packed

The M12 also packs a bunch of features that let you experiment with and add variety to your sound. There's a dedicated function to play intros, fills and endings at the push of a button, while the pitch wheel can be turned to transpose, octave, modulate or even bend the sound of a single note. Beginners are treated to a special lesson mode and a Chord Dictionary to help them quickly learn their first chords and each of the functions of the M12 can be easily controlled via neatly laid out controls and the bright, backlit LCD display.
